UNEMPLOYMENT.

Youth unemployment has been described as a ticking bomb with frustrated young men and women susceptible to drugs,prostitution or even being lured into terrorism.
Unemployment is described as people who are willing,they are able and they are actively looking for a job.Even for many Kenyans who are unemployed their skills are not fully utilised,graduates increasingly taking jobs that could be done by form four leavers.

Some of the many causes of unemployment are known to many but the question is whom should be blamed for all this?The government at one point is to take blame for the unemployment rate in Kenya.One main reason for unemployment is:

Corruption.

This will never fail to be the reason for all vices in the contry where leaders have become the initiators of it all.The mentality “You cannot find a job in Kenya without connection” is never wrong and seems to be never wrong in the future.It seems to have taken ground and is here to stay.

Low level of education.

Some youths could not afford school fees or good educational facilities because at the end no company would employ if you dont meet the level of education they consider. These are just some of the few causes of unemployment having not mentioned the rest.

So far so good,do you have a talent?A skill? You can venture on this to overcome poverty and joblessness. Youths can nurture the varied talents they have for a better tommorow.The small big things you do, will make one climb leaders and fullfil the dreams and wishes they had in life.Their is hope for a better future only if we come out of our comfort zones and work,work and make it. People tend to disguise jobs ” I have papers,i cant do such a job.” This is one of the drawbacks youth think of, not only papers could give you employment but youths can be self-employed.

The youth should therefore be creative enough and work on their talents, get out of their comfort zones.
